J. Keith Gulledge has been teaching and training in the Tracy System of Kenpo Karate and the Ji Do Kwon system of Tae Kwon Do for over 20 years. He has trained at the Cuong Nhu Health Center, the Unified Training Center, and the Indiana University Martial Arts Program, and his instructors have been some of the finest in the country. In Kenpo, he has trained with Master Dan Lowman and Master Pat Munk as well as attended seminars with Master Bart Vale and Grandmaster Al Tracy. His Tae Kwon Do instructors have included Master Zach Crisp, Master Winston Price, Master Jim Thomas, and Master Don Burns.
He specializes in private and small-group instruction tailored to the needs of the individual. Keith does not believe that “once-size fits-all” applies to martial arts or self-defense training. As a physics teacher for more than 20 years, he believes that personal training increases your learning rate as well as allowing for individual needs. Scheduling, intensity, interests, and training needs should be adjusted to the individual.
